No Daily Cleaning: For privacy and security of our guests, daily cleaning is not provided. Daily cleaning is available upon request for an additional $20 per day. Additional linens are located in the sink cabinet. Any bookings 5 days or more will be provided with a mid-week refreshing of linens and toiletries.
Absolutely NO Smoking Indoors or Outdoors: ABSOLUTELY NO smoking. Luxury Rentals have a $5,000.00 damage clause, plus the cost of furniture or material repairs or replacement if you or your guests smoke.
Absolutely NO Pets, Bikes or Sports Equipment: A minimum $500 restoration fee will result in any evidence of pets, bikes or sports equipment in the room. The building Codes, Covenants & Restrictions prohibits pets, bikes & sports equipment in the building.
Free High-speed Wireless Internet: Internet is available to all guests. Login through system preferences on your computer & electronic devices and select “Zermatt Guest”. You may also open your web browser and type in www.zermattresort.com and click “connect”.

Units with Kitchens. Kitchens offer hospitality sized ovens, stoves, refrigerators and microwaves. Please bring any food items you may need during your stay. Dish soap is provided at properties with dishwashers.
Laundry Facilities: On-site laundry facilities are available for your use during your stay.
Cancelation: Please Make sure you are familiar with our cancelation policies and policies regarding service or amenity outages. Cancelations and reschedules may be made up to 30 days before the first day of your reservation you will receive a 100% refund . You can credit your full down payment toward a future reservation. Cancelations or reschedules made with less than 30 days’ notice will result in 100% loss of all payment less any security deposit or damage waiver. This loss can be avoided if travel insurance is purchased and the reason for cancelation is covered under the travel insurance policy.
Insurance: Please let us know if you'd like to purchase an Accidental Damage Protection Insurance Policy. Additional information can be provided upon request. Please report any damage to us immediately.
Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may, at Midway Vacation Properties option, result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.
