Wintergreen 3203 2 Bedroom w/Loft Description

Thank you for considering our condo! Our condominium is on the 2nd tee of the Homestead golf course in Midway. The condo has 2 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 3 )

The beautiful views from the balcony span mountains to the west to the Heber Valley in the east. All the year round recreational activities ensure you will never be bored.
Our condo is professionally managed, meets all city and county requirements and has undergone strict safety and health inspections.

We are located on the Homestead golf course in Midway, where the views are gorgeous in all seasons. Our complex is managed by WorldMark, and our guests have free access to the WorldMark club house, indoor pool and hot tub. (Please note that Worldmark complex limits 6 guests per unit for pool facility use at one time) Midway and Heber offer wonderful recreational activities year round, and the Park City and Sundance ski areas are nearby.

The Zermatt Resort is immediately across the street from our complex and offers 2 great restaurants, a mini golf course, and a carousel for children. The amenities of the Homestead Resort (warm-water crater for scuba diving, golf course) are also within walking distance. Winter you can book sleigh rides and snowmobile tours.

The condominium has a well-equipped kitchen and a stacked washer/dryer. The dining table seats 8 with the extra leaf (please request if desired), and the bar can seat three. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The sleeping loft has 1 set of bunk beds, with a queen mattress on the bottom half.

Ours is a top floor unit, which gives the condo wonderful vaulted ceilings, and it also means that from the parking garage to the front door there are 2 flights of stairs to climb. There is a gas fireplace in the living room and a balcony that can be accessed from the living room or the primary bedroom. There is a TV in each bedroom as well as in the living room, and cable TV is provided. We offer free wireless internet for 5 devices; additional connectivity can be purchased online if needed.
Smoking is not allowed in the condo, and unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets of any kind.
Enjoy a meal on the balcony while taking in the 180 degree view.

Play golf on one of five 18 hole courses within 15 minutes.
Smoking is not allowed in the condo.

Midway Vacation Properties is proud to bring you this excellent property.

Very Good

by Joanna 2026-10-05

4/5

I would suggest to have a chair in the bedroom. The bed is so high that I couldn't put on my clothes and shoes. Again the bed is so high I couldn't get my short body in without a pillow on the floor to boost me. Couldn't get the coffee machine to work. May have been operator error. Its a nice place with a beautiful location. Look forward to another visit.

Very comfortable unit

The condo was very comfortable for 2 couples. The kitchen was very nice and well equipped, important for us as we like to cook. It's cozy with a nice fireplace and nice views. I will book this place again!
